- Sant'Andrea in Via Flaminia is een niet al te grote, Rooms-katholieke kerk in Rome. De kerk is ontworpen door Giacomo Barozzi da Vignola en wordt daarom ook wel Chiesa di Sant'Andrea del Vignola genoemd. De kerk is gewijd aan Sint-Andreas en ligt in het stedelijk gebied van de Via Flaminia (een oude Romeinse weg die begint in Rome), tussen de Porta del Popolo en de Milvische Brug. De kerk is de eerste kerk met een elliptische koepel, een stijlkenmerk dat een voorafschaduwing is van de barok. (nl)

The edifice is also known as Sant'Andrea del Vignola, after its architect Giacomo Barozzi da Vignola. It was commissioned by Pope Julius III, to commemorate Pope Clement VII’s escape from prison following the Sack of Rome, 1527. The small church on the Via Flaminia, scarcely more than a chapel, was designed by Giacomo Barozzi da Vignola in 1552 and completed the following year, while Vignola was also employed by Julius nearby at the Villa Giulia.
