Jeffries Bluff (73°18′S 60°13′W / 73.300°S 60.217°W) is the ice-covered southern point of Kemp Peninsula on the Lassiter Coast of Palmer Land, Antarctica. The feature was photographed from the air by the United States Antarctic Service in December 1940, surveyed by the joint Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition – Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey sledge party in November 1947 and rephotographed by the U.S. Navy, 1965–67. In association with Cape Deacon to the northeast, it was named by the UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee in 1981 after , a member of the staff of the Discovery Committee in about 1930, and later the wife of George Deacon.

Teilnehmer der United States Antarctic Service Expedition (1939–1941) fotografierten sie im Dezember 1940 aus der Luft. Wissenschaftler der Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition (1947–1948) nahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey im November 1947 Vermessungen vor Ort vornahm. Weitere Luftaufnahmen entstanden zwischen 1965 und 1967 durch die United States Navy. Das UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee benannte sie 1981 nach Margaret Elsa Deacon (geborene Jeffries, 1903–1966), die in den 1930er Jahren dem Stab der britischen Discovery Investigations angehört hatte.
