Bee Creek is a stream in Monroe County in the U.S. state of Missouri. It is a tributary of . The stream headwaters arise at 39°22′49″N 92°08′55″W / 39.38028°N 92.14861°W at an elevation of approximately 820 feet. The stream flows east and then north passing under Missouri routes C and AA. It enters the Elk Fork approximately four miles southwest of Paris. The confluence is at 39°26′17″N 92°02′52″W / 39.43806°N 92.04778°W and an elevation of 663 feet. Bee Creek was so named due to the presence of honeybees in the area.
