Dame Eleanor Fulton Laing, DBE (née Pritchard; born 1 February 1958) is a British politician who has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for the Epping Forest constituency since 1997. Laing is a member of the Conservative Party and has served as a Deputy Speaker of the House of Commons since 2013, and as Chairman of Ways and Means since 2020.
