Elizabeth Choy Su-Moi OBE (née Yong; 29 November 1910 – 14 September 2006) was a Singaporean educator and councillor who is regarded as a war heroine in Singapore. Along with her husband, Choy Khun Heng, she supplied medicine, money and messages to prisoners-of-war interned in Changi Prison when the Japanese occupied Singapore during World War II.

Während des Zweiten Weltkrieges wurde sie von den Japanern 200 Tage inhaftiert. Sie wurde nach dem Krieg als Kriegsheldin in Singapur bekannt. Anschließend wurde sie im Jahre 1951 Mitglied des als erste und bislang einzige Frau.Zuletzt war sie Lehrerin an einer Blindenschule. (de)
