Franklin James Kreutzer (born February 7, 1939) is an American former Major League Baseball pitcher who appeared in 78 games over all or part of six seasons with the Chicago White Sox (1962–1964) and Washington Senators (1964–1966 and 1969). A left-hander from Buffalo, New York, Kreutzer stood 6 feet 1 inch (1.85 m) tall and weighed 175 pounds (79 kg).
