| - Das Institut für Informations-, Telekommunikations- und Medienrecht (ITM) ist das Landeskompetenzzentrum in NRW im Bereich Informations-, Telekommunikations- und Medienrecht und gehört der Rechtswissenschaftlichen Fakultät der Westfälischen Wilhelms-Universität in Münster an. Das Institut gilt als in der Forschung führend. Es gliedert sich in eine zivilrechtliche und eine öffentlich-rechtliche Abteilung. Die Forschung ist insbesondere auf den Bereich Rechtsinformatik bzw. IT-Recht ausgerichtet. Aufgrund dieses interdisziplinären Ansatzes ist es Mitglied im European Research Center for Information Systems und arbeitet eng mit den Instituten für Kommunikationswissenschaft und Wirtschaftsinformatik zusammen. Es wird auch der Abschluss Master of Law in diesem Bereich angeboten. (de)

- L'Institut für Informations-, Telekommunikations- und Medienrecht (ITM), è il centro nazionale competente di diritto dei media, delle telecomunicazioni e dell'informazione. L'Istituto, appartenente alla Facoltà di Giurisprudenza dell'Università di Münster, nonché leader nella ricerca, è suddiviso in due sezioni riguardanti l'assistenza civile e pubblica. La ricerca si è focalizzata in particolare sul diritto dell'informatica. In virtù di questo approccio interdisciplinare, l'istituto è membro dell'European Research Center for Information Systems e lavora a stretto contatto con i Dipartimenti di Scienze della Comunicazione e Informatica economica. - Институт информационного, телекоммуникационного и медиаправа (нем. Institut für Informations-, Telekommunikations- und Medienrecht, сокр. ITM) — независимое структурное подразделение при Вестфальском университете, занимающееся исследованиями вопросов информационного права, в частности, защиты авторского и смежных прав, конфиденциальной информации от разглашения, а также особенностями интернет-права и других правоотношений, возникающих в информационной сфере. В составе учёного совета института — восемнадцать докторов наук из стран Евросоюза, а также США и Канады. Многие проекты института осуществляются по непосредственному заказу Еврокомиссии. (ru)

ITM) − niezależna jednostka strukturalna w Westfalskim Uniwersytecie Wilhelma, zajmująca się problemami badawczymi prawa informacyjnego, w szczególności ochrony prawa autorskiego i praw pokrewnych, ujawniania poufnych informacji, w szczególności Internetu, prawa i innych problemów prawnych, typowych dla sfery informacji. Wiele z tych projektów Instytutu są prowadzone na bezpośrednie polecenie Komisji Europejskiej. (pl)
