- Die papua-neuguineische Cricket-Nationalmannschaft (englisch Papua New Guinea national cricket team), deren Spieler auch unter dem Spitznamen Barramundis bekannt sind, vertritt Papua-Neuguinea auf internationaler Ebene in der Sportart Cricket. Das Team wird vom Verband (CPNG) geleitet und ist seit 1973 assoziiertes Mitglied im International Cricket Council. Damit gehört es zur zweiten Reihe der Nationalmannschaften und verfügt seit 2019, wie alle ICC-Mitglieder, über vollen T20I-Status. Größter Erfolg bei Turnieren war das Erreichen der Vorrunde beim T20 World Cup (2021). (de)
- L'équipe de Papouasie-Nouvelle-Guinée de cricket représente la Papouasie-Nouvelle-Guinée au cricket international. Elle dispute son premier match en 1972, et devient membre associée de l'International Cricket Council (ICC) l'année suivante. Elle participe régulièrement au tournoi de qualification pour la Coupe du monde, sans s'y être jamais qualifiée, et a remporté l' aux Jeux du Pacifique (anciennement, Jeux du Pacifique Sud) à six reprises, à chaque fois que celle-ci a été organisée. En 2014, la sélection termine à la quatrième place du tournoi de qualification pour la Coupe du monde 2015, ce qui ne lui permet pas de participer à cette compétition mais lui offre le droit de jouer des matchs officiellement reconnus comme One-day International (ODI). - The Papua New Guinea national cricket team, nicknamed the Barramundis, is the team that represents the country of Papua New Guinea in international cricket. The team is organised by Cricket PNG, which has been an Associate Member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) since 1973. Papua New Guinea previously had One-Day International (ODI) status, which it gained by finishing fourth in 2014 World Cup Qualifier. Papua New Guinea lost both their ODI and T20I status in March 2018 after losing a playoff match against Nepal during the 2018 Cricket World Cup Qualifier, a result that earned ODI and T20I status for their opponents. On 26 April 2019, at the final World Cricket League 2 fixture; PNG defeated Oman to finish at the fourth position and reclaim their ODI status. (en)
