The Piass (THE妃阿甦, za piasu) are a Japanese visual kei hardcore punk band formed in the early 1990s in Sapporo. Three of the four original members died within a span of two years, however Takayuki continued the band, having gone through many line-up changes, and they are still active to this day.

Durante su historia de más de 25 años han alcanzado una gran popularidad, pero siempre han permanecido como grupo indie, esto seguramente por la cantidad de tragedias que han ocurrido a lo largo de su trayectoria. El estilo musical de su conformación actual es una mezcla de Metal y Punk, donde el sonido varía entre algo melodioso y un rock bastante agresivo, pero durante su carrera han abarcado distintos estilos, al principio interpretaban una mezcla de gótico, pop y rock comparable a la revolución de Rouage.
