| - Die Bentley State Limousine ist die Staatskarosse der britischen Monarchen, von der zwei Exemplare vom Autohersteller Bentley, einer Volkswagen-Marke, hergestellt wurden. Ein Exemplar bekam Elisabeth II. am 4. Juni 2002 anlässlich ihres goldenen Thronjubiläums von Franz-Josef Paefgen, dem ehemaligen CEO von Bentley, in Windsor Castle übergeben. Sie nutzte es auf der Jungfernfahrt zur St Paul’s Cathedral. Es ist Bentleys erste Staatskarosse und war genauso wie die erste Staatskarosse von Rolls-Royce, der Rolls-Royce Phantom IV, ein Geschenk an das britische Königshaus. Das zweite Exemplar wird als Ersatzfahrzeug vorgehalten. Der Wert der Fahrzeuge lag zur Auslieferung bei je etwa 11 Millionen Euro. (de)
- The Bentley State Limousines are official state cars manufactured by Bentley for the late Queen Elizabeth II on the occasion of her Golden Jubilee in 2002. The two cars produced were in service for the Queen up until her death in 2022. They have most recently been in service for King Charles III. - De Bentley State Limousine ('Bentley-staatslimousine') is de officiële staatsauto van de Britse koningin Elizabeth II. De auto is gebaseerd op de Bentley Arnage maar is langer en hoger en is uitgerust met een 6,75 liter V8-motor met dubbele turbo die een maximaal vermogen van 298 kW heeft en een maximale torsie van 835 Nm. Van deze auto zijn er slechts twee gebouwd door de Britse autoproducent Bentley ter ere van het van Elizabeth II in 2002. De eerste auto werd in gebruik genomen op 4 juni van dat jaar en op die dag ingewijd met een rit van Windsor Castle naar St. Paul's Cathedral. Het is de eerste staatsauto van Bentley. Het tweede exemplaar wordt in reserve gehouden. De waarde van de auto bedraagt zo'n 11 miljoen euro. (nl)
