The National Government of 1937–1939 was formed by Neville Chamberlain on his appointment as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom by King George VI. He succeeded Stanley Baldwin, who announced his resignation following the coronation of the King and Queen in May 1937.

Její působení bylo spjato zejména s nástupem agresivní politiky Německa a s tím související politikou appeasementu. K výdajům na obranu se nejprve stavěla vlažně, po porušení Mnichovské dohody v březnu 1939 ale začala zbrojit a po německé invazi do Polska na začátku září vyhlásila Německu válku. V souvislosti s tím byla dosavadní administrativa nahrazena novou vá (cs) Die Nationale Regierung IV (Erste Regierung Chamberlain) wurde im Vereinigten Königreich am 28. Mai 1937 von Premierminister Neville Chamberlain von der Conservative Party gebildet. Sie löste die dritte Nationalregierung (Dritte Regierung Baldwin) ab und blieb bis zum 3. September 1939 im Amt, worauf nach Beginn des Zweiten Weltkrieges die Kriegsregierung Chamberlain (Zweite Regierung Chamberlain) gebildet wurde. Der Regierung gehörten neben der Conservative Party auch Minister der Labour Party sowie der National Liberal Party an.
