Qarlung, Charlung (چارلۇڭ يېزىسى; Qia'erlong, Chinese: 恰尔隆乡; pinyin: Qià'ěrlóng Xiāng) is a township of Akto County in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, China. Located in the southeast of the county, the township covers an area of 3,242 square kilometers with a population of 5,258 (as of 2015). It has 5 administrative villages under its jurisdiction.

Den ligger i den autonoma regionen Xinjiang, i den nordvästra delen av landet, omkring 1 200 kilometer sydväst om regionhuvudstaden Ürümqi. Antalet invånare är 4 823. Befolkningen består av 2 368 kvinnor och 2 455 män. Barn under 15 år utgör 29,0 %, vuxna 15-64 år 64 %, och äldre över 65 år 6,0 %.
