The listing included two contributing buildings. No newspaper article or historical document contains any information which reveals the identity of the designer. But in 1903, a Reno architect named Ben Leon came to Fallon to design the Churchill County Courthouse and Churchill County Jail. That is why he is suspected to be the designer of the Robert L.
