Elections to Liverpool City Council were held on Saturday 1 November 1902. A total of 38 seats were up for election. Seven new seats were up for election for the first time: the third seat for the Anfield ward, and all three seats for each of the new wards of Aigburth and Garston. 20 of the 38 seats were not contested.
