The 1976 Washington State Cougars baseball team represented the Washington State University in the 1976 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Cougars played their home games at Bailey Field. The team was coached by Chuck Brayton in his 14th year as head coach at Washington State. The Cougars won the West Regional to advance to the College World Series, where they were defeated by the Maine Black Bears.
