The Federation Cup 1995–96 was the second and last edition of the IIHF Federation Cup. The season started on October 6, 1995, and finished on December 29, 1995. The tournament was won by AS Mastini Varese, who beat Metallurg Magnitogorsk in the final.

Er wurde zwischen dem 7. Oktober und 29. Dezember 1995 ausgetragen. Insgesamt nahmen 19 Mannschaften aus 18 Nationen teil, wobei Russland als einziges Land mit zwei Teilnehmern vertreten war. Im Gegensatz zum Vorjahr konnten auch westeuropäische Eishockeyverbände gewonnen werden. (de)

Er wurde zwischen dem 7. Oktober und 29. Dezember 1995 ausgetragen. Insgesamt nahmen 19 Mannschaften aus 18 Nationen teil, wobei Russland als einziges Land mit zwei Teilnehmern vertreten war. Während der Gastgeber des Finalturniers, HC Dukla Trenčín, gesetzt war, wurden die drei weiteren Teilnehmer in Qualifikationsturnieren ermittelt. Der letztmalige Sieger des Cups war AS Varese Hockey aus Italien, die sich im Finale überraschend sowohl gegen Trenčín als auch den HK Metallurg Magnitogorsk durchsetzten. (de)
