Les élections régionales italiennes de 2000 se sont déroulées entre 16 avril 2000 et ont permis le renouvellement des conseils régionaux et de leurs présidents dans 15 régions. (fr)
Le elezioni regionali italiane del 2000 si tennero domenica 16 aprile. Riguardarono le 15 regioni a statuto ordinario e si svolsero insieme al primo turno delle elezioni amministrative. L'esito delle elezioni vide l'insuccesso del centro-sinistra, che non riuscì a confermarsi in Liguria, Lazio, Abruzzo e Calabria: in otto regioni (pari a 32 milioni di abitanti) prevalse la coalizione di centro-destra della Casa delle Libertà, mentre nelle altre sette (pari a 16 milioni di abitanti), vinse lo schieramento di centro-sinistra de L'Ulivo, alleato, in genere, con Rifondazione Comunista.
