The 2013 All-Ireland Minor Hurling Championship (also known as the Electric Ireland GAA Hurling All-Ireland Minor Championship for sponsorship reasons) was the 83rd staging of the All-Ireland Minor Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Gaelic Athletic Association in 1928. The championship began on 11 April 2013 and ended on 8 September 2013. Tipperary entered the championship as the defending champions; however, they were beaten by Limerick in the Munster semi-final. Waterford's Patrick Curran was the championship's top scorer with 3-56.
