La vittoria fu appannaggio dello spagnolo Marc Soler, che completò il percorso in 30h22'41", alla media di 39,463 km/h, precedendo il britannico Simon Yates e lo spagnolo Gorka Izagirre. Sul traguardo di Nizza 78 ciclisti, su 154 partiti da Chatou, portarono a termine la competizione. (it)
- De 76e editie van Parijs-Nice werd verreden van 4 tot en met 11 maart 2018. Deze wedstrijd maakt deel uit van de UCI World Tour 2018. Dit jaar startte Parijs-Nice met een rit in lijn met een hellend karakter en aankomst in Meudon. Na drie vlakkere ritten en een tijdrit van 18 kilometer in Saint-Étienne volgen drie lastigere ritten. De 6e etappe brachtt de renners over vijf beklimmingen van de 2e categorie voor de slotmuur naar Vence. De volgende dag volgde de zwaarste rit naar Valdeblore La Colmiane. De slotrit kwam nog steeds aan in Nice maar dan wel na de beklimming van de Col des Quatre Chemins (col d'Èze is nu de voorlaatste beklimming) voor de afdaling naar het centrum. (nl)

A corrida fez parte do UCI WorldTour de 2018, calendário ciclístico de máximo nível mundial, sendo a sexta corrida de dito circuito. A general foi para o espanhol Marc Soler (Movistar). Els corredors havien de superar 1.198,9 km repartits entre vuit etapes. Tim Wellens (Lotto-Soudal) guanyà la classificació final per punts, mentre la classificació de la muntanyà fou pel seu compan d'equip Thomas De Gendt. El Bahrain-Merida fou el millor equip. (ca)
- The 2018 Paris–Nice was a road cycling stage race that took place between 4 and 11 March 2018 in France. It was the 76th edition of the Paris–Nice and the sixth event of the 2018 UCI World Tour. The race was won on the final day by the Movistar Team's Marc Soler from Spain. Having started the final stage 37 seconds down on race leader Simon Yates (Mitchelton–Scott) in sixth place overall, Soler attacked around halfway into the stage along with compatriot David de la Cruz (Team Sky); the duo joined Omar Fraile (Astana) at the head of the race, and the trio managed to stay clear of the rest of the field by the time they reached Nice.
