The Women's Downhill World Cup 2020/2021 involved seven events. Although Sofia Goggia of Italy had held the lead almost all season, she broke a bone in her knee on 31 January and missed the next two events, providing two Swiss skiers (Corinne Suter and Lara Gut-Behrami) with the opportunity to pass her at the season final.
