Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV; Vietnamese: Tổng công ty Cảng hàng không Việt Nam) is a Vietnamese joint-stock company with 95.4% state-owned shares, based in Ho Chi Minh City. The company, operated under the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam, was founded on January 8, 2012 when three companies operating airports in the north, the middle, and the south of Vietnam were merged on February 28, 2012.

Die erste Hauptversammlung fand am 16. März 2016 statt und seit dem 1. April 2016 ist das Unternehmen in seiner neuen Kapitalstruktur aktiv. Das Unternehmen ist gegliedert in eine Muttergesellschaft mit Sitz am Flughafen Tan-Son-Nhat in Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt und in Tochtergesellschaften, die 22 zivile Flughäfen verwalten, von denen 21 in Betrieb sind.
