Albertów [alˈbɛrtuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Lipie, within Kłobuck County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It lies approximately 2 kilometres (1 mi) north-east of Lipie, 15 km (9 mi) north-west of Kłobuck, and 88 km (55 mi) north of the regional capital Katowice. The village has a population of 369. During the German invasion of Poland, which started World War II, on September 3, 1939, the Germans murdered 159 Polish inhabitants of Albertów and its surroundings (see Nazi crimes against the Polish nation).
