Alfio Rapisarda (born 3 September 1933) is an Italian prelate of the Catholic Church who worked in the diplomatic service of the Holy See from 1962 to 2008, with the title of apostolic nuncio from 1979.

Dom Alfio foi ordenado padre no dia 14 de julho de 1957. Foi nomeado núncio apostólico na Bolívia em 1979 e consagrado bispo titular de Canas em 27 de maio de 1979. Em seguida, em 1985, foi nomeado pró-núncio no antigo Zaire, cargo que ocupou até 1992. Neste mesmo ano, foi feito núncio no Brasil, posto que exerceria até 2002. O último cargo que ocupou de 2002 até 2008 foi de núncio no Portugal. (pt)
