Amr Mustapha Mourad Fahmy (28 August 1983 – 23 February 2020) was an Egyptian football administrator who served as the General-Secretary of the Confederation of African Football from 2017 to 2019. He worked at France-based Lagardère Sports and Entertainment as the director of operations for Africa. Fahmy also worked at the CAF Competitions Division between 2007 and 2015, notably serving as the director for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations in Equatorial Guinea. In March 2019, he sent documents to the FIFA Ethics Committee accusing CAF's President Ahmad Ahmad of corruption, bribery, and sexual harassment. On 3 December 2019, Fahmy announced he would run in the 2021 CAF Presidential elections.
