Anselmo Marini (18 November 1906 – 14 February 2002) was an Argentinian lawyer and politician who served as Governor of Buenos Aires between 1963 and 1966. Also he served as Ambassador of Argentina to Peru designated by President Raúl Alfonsín between 1984 and 1989. Also he was member of the Provincial and National Chamber of Deputies representing Buenos Aires province. He was born in La Plata, where he earned a degree in law at the National University of La Plata. He was close to politician Ricardo Balbín.

Recibido de abogado en 1930, Marini empezó a militar prontamente en la Unión Cívica Radical y estableció una gran amistad con Ricardo Balbín. Marini fue diputado provincial en 1952, convencional constituyente en 1957, diputado nacional en 1958 y gobernador de Buenos Aires entre 1963 y 1966, cuando el gobierno nacional fue derrocado por el golpe de Estado que comandó Juan Carlos Onganía. Durante la presidencia de Raúl Alfonsín se desempeñó como Embajador de la Argentina en Perú, entre 1984 y junio de 1989. (es)
