Arcplan is a software for business intelligence (BI), budgeting, planning & forecasting (BP&F), business analytics and collaborative Business Intelligence. It is the enhancement of the enterprise software inSight® and dynaSight of the former German provider arcplan Information Services GmbH. The company got merged with Canada-based Longview Solutions in 2015. Version 8.7. is available in a 32 and a 64 bit version at the moment. Before the merger the company was managed by CEO Roland Hölscher and COO Steffen Weissbarth.

Die Software unterstützt Nutzer besonders auf dem Gebiet der Business Intelligence (BI), welches gebündelte Verfahren zur Sammlung, Auswertung und Darstellung von Daten in elektronischer Form umfasst. Weiterhin können Prozesse der Unternehmensplanung und der Entscheidungsfindung mittels Datenanalyse mit dieser Software umgesetzt werden. Arcplan wird bevorzugt in mittelständischen Unternehmen und größeren Konzernen eingesetzt. Auch öffentlich-rechtliche Institutionen greifen darauf zurück. Eine Besonderheit im Business-Intelligence-Umfeld ist, dass die meisten Schnittstellen rückschreibfähig sind, d. h. eine direkte Dateneingabe über das Webfrontend möglich ist. In Deutschland wird arcplan von der Longview Europe GmbH (Langenfeld, Nordrhein-Westfalen) entwickelt, vertrieben und betreut. (de)
