Arthur Binks (10 January 1902 – 1969) was an English professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1920s and 1930s. He played at representative level for England, and at club level for Buslingthorpe Vale ARLFC (in Leeds), Leeds, Wigan and Bradford Northern, as a stand-off, or scrum-half, i.e. number 6, or 7.
