Benjamin W. Heineman Jr. (born 1944) is an American journalist, lawyer, government official, business executive, academic and author. He is currently a Distinguished Senior Fellow at Harvard Law School's Program on the Legal Profession as well as Senior Fellow at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. He is also a lecturer at Yale Law School. He frequently speaks to professional groups and at universities around the globe.
