Berthold II von Katzenelnbogen (fl. 1199–1217) was a German nobleman of the family of the Counts of Katzenelnbogen and a participant in the Fourth Crusade (1202–04), who became lord of Velestino (c.1205–17) and regent of the Kingdom of Thessalonica (c.1217) in Frankish Greece. He was a patron of poets and in politics a Ghibelline.

Γεννήθηκε πριν το 1183, γιος του , κόμη του Κατσενελενμπόγκεν. (el) Berthold II. von Katzenelnbogen († nach 1217) war ein deutscher Ritter und Teilnehmer des vierten Kreuzzuges. Er gehörte der mittelrheinischen Grafenfamilie von Katzenelnbogen an und war ein Sohn des Berthold I. von Katzenelnbogen. Letztmals wird Berthold von Katzenelnbogen in einem Brief, gerichtet an Papst Honorius III. und datiert auf den 21. April 1217, genannt, hier schließlich in der Stellung als Regent von Thessaloniki (baiulus regni Thessalonicensis). Er ist wohl kurz darauf verstorben, in seine deutsche Heimat war er nicht zurückgekehrt.
