  • Fear spóirt Éireannach ab ea Liam Mac Riocaird, nó Billy Rackard mar a ghlaodh air as Béarla (1930 - 23 Márta, 2009). Iománaí aithnidiúil a bhí ann, a d'imir an spórt ag an leibhéal is airde sa tír le foireann Loch Garman agus a chlub . Bhuaigh sé trí bhonn i gCraobh na hÉireann, agus b'eisean a d'ardaigh an corn sa bhliain 1962 agus é ina chaptaen ar an bhfoireann. Bhí Billy ar dhuine de na deartháireacha iomráiteacha Mhic Riocaird (Nicky agus Bobby an bheirt eile) a d'imir iomáint leis an gclub agus an gcontae. (ga)
