Boilermakers' Society of Australia was a trade union in Australia, active from 1937 to 1965. It merged with in 1965 to form the Boilermakers and Blacksmiths Society of Australia. A court case that the union brought, R v Kirby; Ex parte Boilermakers' Society of Australia, resulted an important judgement about separation of powers in Australia.
