Morris "Bucky" Buckwalter (born November 22, 1933) is a former National Basketball Association coach and executive, as well as a former coach in the American Basketball Association. Buckwalter grew up in La Grande, Oregon, and played high school basketball at La Grande High School. Buckwalter played college basketball at Utah, where his team advanced to the quarterfinals of the 1956 NCAA basketball tournament before losing to the eventual champions, the Bill Russell-led San Francisco Dons.
