Bulgaria changed its selection format for the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 - Bulgarska nacionalna televizija (BNT) internally selected the artist that represented Bulgaria at the contest in Oslo, Norway, while the song was selected by the Bulgarian public in a national final. BNT selected Miroslav Kostadinov to represent Bulgaria in Oslo, where he performed one of five songs which was specifically produced for the national final.

La televisión búlgara ha confirmado que se hará un nuevo sistema de preselección, en parte, debido al fracaso en la semifinal de Krassimir Avramov. Se trata del popular cantante Miroslav Kostadinov (Miro) Quien resultó ganador en este nuevo sistema de votación que la BNT llevó a cabo, después de los rumores de manipulación de reultados, acaecidos en años anteriores.
