CKIA-FM is a French-language Canadian radio station located in Quebec City, Quebec. The station operates under a community radio licence and is owned by a non-profit group known as Radio Basse-Ville. It broadcasts on 88.3 MHz with an effective radiated power of 350 watts (class A) using an omnidirectional antenna, broadcasting from Edifice Marie-Guyart in downtown Quebec City. In 2016, the station premiered TransRéalité, the first radio program in Quebec devoted to transgender issues. The station is a member of the Association des radiodiffuseurs communautaires du Québec.

Fondée sous le nom de Radio Basse-Ville, CKIA-FM est une des plus anciennes radios communautaires de la ville de Québec. CKIA-FM émet depuis 1984 et ses locaux sont situés, depuis 1995, dans la coopérative artistique Méduse. La radio déménage ses locaux en 2011 au 335, rue St-Joseph. En août 2020, CKIA déménage au 191 rue Saint-Paul G1K 3W2 à la Ville de Québec. Un des moyens de financement les plus importants de la station est l'achat de cartes de membres. (fr)
