The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA; French: Autorités canadiennes en valeurs mobilières, ACVM) is an umbrella organization of Canada's provincial and territorial securities regulators whose objective is to improve, coordinate, and harmonize regulation of the Canadian capital markets. The CSA can be compared with counterpart organizations in the United States, such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
