Charles Read Seymour (6 February 1855 – 6 November 1934) was an English cricketer. Seymour was a right-handed batsman. The son of the Reverend Charles Frederic Seymour, Rector of Winchfield, Seymour was educated at Harrow, and was later educated at Merton College, Oxford, where he took his B.A. in 1877. Seymour made his first-class debut for the Marylebone Cricket Club in 1879 against Lancashire. This was the only first-class match Seymour played for the club. Seymour died at Winchester, Hampshire on 6 November 1934.
