Chen Chi-li (11 May 1943 – 4 October 2007), nicknamed King Duck or Dry Duck, was a gangster from Taiwan, best known for heading the United Bamboo Gang. His murder of dissident journalist Henry Liu in Daly City, California, United States, in 1984 has been described by the Financial Times as "the most prominent example of the Kuomintang's co-operation with gangsters in upholding its dictatorship".

(in) 陳啓礼（ちんけいれい）は、台湾黒社会の構成員。竹聯幇初代幇主（幇主＝台湾暴力団の組長、会長の意味）。 (ja) 陳啟禮（1941年4月27日－2007年10月4日），綽號「鴨霸子」、「旱鴨子」，籍貫江蘇高淳，台灣竹聯幫首任總堂主（幫主）、精神領袖、軍情局情報人員、企業家。《陳啟禮的震撼》一書中提及，1941年4月27日生於四川省广安县，父親陳鐘為法官，母親蕭瑋為書記官，家中排行老大。1949年國共內戰後隨父母到台灣後住在眷村。陳啟禮在就學時期多次與本省人學生衝突，這也成為陳啟禮加入組織犯罪的起點。 2007年10月陳啟禮病逝香港。陳啟禮遺體由竹聯幫大老「大川」程大川、「鬼見愁」吳敦、「郎中」胡執中、「小鬼」黃雲龍、「蜈蚣」吳功、「猴王」胡台富、「老鼠」何根成、「扣頭」劉振南等人，從香港寶福紀念館護靈到機場，再搭乘華航包機返回台灣。替陳啟禮起草輓聯的作家張大春表示他並不認識陳啟禮，是受好友楊祖珺邀請而提字。他表示對陳啟禮的一生是透過朋友形容，感受到他是極講道義的人，才提了「啟節秉乎天人從俠道知忠盡」「禮失求諸野路斷關河望竹林」的輓聯，意思是陳啟禮是國家機器下一個臣子，行俠道盡忠義，在位者卻喪失禮義廉恥,斷了他回家的路。。世紀喪禮結束後火化，骨灰暫厝新北市樹林區海明禪寺，最後移靈到金寶山墓園安奉。 (zh)
