| - Els chickahominy són una tribu d' que viuen principalment al , situat al llarg del a mig camí entre Richmond i a la Commonwealth de Virgínia. Aquesta àrea del no és gaire lluny d'on vivien en 1600. Estan dividits en dos grups. El més gran, la Tribu Chickahominy viu al comtat de Charles i compta amb 840 membres registrats. L'altra, els Chickahominy Orientals, són una escissió del 1900 que viu al , a uns 40 kilòmetres a l'est de Richmond i té 132 membres registrats. Ambdues tribus són dues de les 11 tribus reconegudes estatalment per Virgínia. Cap ha rebut el reconeixement del govern federal. (ca)
- Die Chickahominy (sprich tschicke-) sind ein Volk der Virginia-Algonkin, die in der Umgebung von Richmond, Virginia leben, insbesondere in den Countys New Kent und Charles City. Während der Ankunft der englischen Kolonisten 1607 waren die Chickahominy Alliierte des Häuptlings Powhatan. Heute besteht das Volk aus etwa 750 Menschen, die innerhalb eines Radius von etwa acht Kilometern um das Zentrum im Charles City County leben, sowie mehreren Hundert, die sich in anderen Regionen der USA aufhalten. Das Volk wurde 1983 vom Bundesstaat Virginia anerkannt. (de)

- The Chickahominy are a federally recognized tribe of Virginian Native Americans who primarily live in Charles City County, located along the James River midway between Richmond and Williamsburg in the Commonwealth of Virginia. This area of the Tidewater is not far from where they were living in 1600, before the arrival of colonists from England. They were officially recognized by the state in 1983 and by the federal government in January 2018. (en)
