Choi Sook-ie (also Choi Sug-i, Korean: 최 숙이; born February 17, 1980 in Incheon) is a South Korean judoka, who competed in the women's heavyweight category. She picked up a total of fifteen medals in her career, including a silver from the 2002 Asian Games in Busan, and also finished seventh in the over-78 kg division at the 2004 Summer Olympics. Choi first appeared in the international scene as part of the host nation's squad at the 2002 Asian Games in Busan, where she picked up a silver medal in the over-78 kg division, losing the final match by a waza-ari point to China's Sun Fuming.
