Clément Gignac (born May 7, 1955) is a Canadian politician who represented the riding of Marguerite-Bourgeoys in the National Assembly of Quebec from 2009 to 2012. A member of the Quebec Liberal Party, he was elected in a by-election on June 22, 2009, following the resignation of Monique Jérôme-Forget. On the following day, Gignac was named by Jean Charest as the new Minister of Economic Development, Innovation and Export Trade — a role which was previously held by Raymond Bachand, who was also the Finance Minister.

Après une carrière d'économiste dans le secteur bancaire, il est élu député de la circonscription de Marguerite-Bourgeoys, lors d'une élection partielle en 2009. Il accède au Conseil des ministres de Jean Charest, d'abord à titre de ministre du Développement économique, puis comme ministre des Ressources naturelles et de la Faune, et ministre responsable du Plan Nord. Choisissant d'abandonner une circonscription traditionnellement acquise au Parti libéral du Québec pour affronter la députée péquiste Agnès Maltais dans Taschereau, il est battu par plus de 4 200 voix lors de l'élection générale du 4 septembre 2012.
