Cockedhat Mountain is a 7,410-foot (2,259 m) mountain in the U.S. state of Alaska, and is one of the tallest mountains in the central Brooks Range. Located in the midst of the protected wilderness of Gates of the Arctic National Park and Preserve, Cockedhat Mountain is approximately 27 air miles from the village of Anaktuvuk Pass, Alaska. Cockedhat Mountain was so named on account of its unusual outline.
