Its president and vice president were founders Atila Omer and Bryan Kaplan, respectively. CFI was acquired in 2011 by the Intermedix Corporation, a firm owned by private equity firm Thomas H. Lee Partners. Following the spin-off of Intermedix Corporation and Juvare, LLC in May, 2018, Collaborative Fusion, Inc. became a wholly owned subsidiary of Juvare, LLC, a firm owned by private equity firm Thomas H. Lee Partners.
