Cornelius "Con" Murphy (1925 - 1995) was an Irish hurler who played as a midfielder for the Cork and Dublin senior teams. Born in Rathcormac, County Cork, Murphy first arrived on the inter-county scene when he first linked up with the Cork junior team. He made his senior debut at the age of 21 during the 1946 championship before later joining the Dublin senior team. Murphy enjoyed a successful career, winning one All-Ireland medal, two Munster medals and one Leinster medal. He was an All-Ireland runner-up on two occasions.
