The Constitutional Court of Colombia (Spanish: Corte Constitucional de Colombia) is the supreme constitutional court of Colombia. Part of the Judiciary, it is the final appellate court for matters involving interpretation of the Constitution with the power to determine the constitutionality of laws, acts, and statutes. The court was first established by the Constitution of 1991, and its first session began in March 1992. The court is housed within the shared judicial complex of the Palace of Justice located on the north side of Bolívar Square in the La Candelaria neighbourhood of Bogotá.

The Constitutional Court consists of nine magistrates who are elected by the Senate of Colombia from ternary lists drawn up by the President, the Supreme Court of Justice, and the Council of State. Inició con 7 miembros, elegidos de la forma señalada en el artículo 22 transitorio de la misma Constitución Política, y desempeñaron su función hasta el 28 de febrero de 1993. El primero de marzo de 1993 asumieron los nueve magistrados integrantes de la corporación de forma definitiva para un periodo de ocho años, como lo establece la Constitución en sus artículos permanentes. En la actualidad, cuenta con nueve (9) magistrados, que son elegidos para periodos de ocho (8) años por el Senado, a partir de las ternas enviadas por el Presidente de la República, la Corte Suprema de Justicia y el Consejo de Estado. A través de los años ha sido esencial el papel de la Corte en múltiples temas: reconocimiento de la autonomía individual, del matrimonio igualitario, de la libertad de expresión, de la participación de las víctimas, de la institucionalización del acuerdo de paz, el derecho al aborto en Colombia, el fortalecimiento de la justicia, el reconocimiento de las comunidades afrocolombianas, étnicas y de los pueblos indígenas, del ambiente.
