The Court of Cassation, also called Supreme Court of Appeals of Turkey (Turkish: Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Yargıtay Başkanlığı – Yargıtay for short) is the last instance for reviewing verdicts given by courts of criminal and civil justice in Turkey.
