Edmund Murton Walker (October 5, 1877 – February 14, 1969) was a Canadian entomologist. He described the genus Grylloblatta in 1914 which he then considered as a member of the Orthoptera and later placed it in a separate order Grylloblattodea but which are now included in the order Notoptera. Another area of work was on the fly Wohlfahrtia vigil and its involvement in cutaneous myiasis in humans. He was also a founding member of the Toronto Field Naturalists' Club. Walker was also a keen botanist, and amateur painter.

Nach dem Studium in Toronto und Berlin arbeitete er ab 1904 am Department of Biology der University of Toronto. 1934 wurde er dort Leiter der Zoologieabteilung. Zudem hatte er von 1906 bis zu seinem Ruhestand im Jahr 1948 eine Professur für Entomologie inne und war von 1918 bis zu seinem Tod in mehreren Funktionen Mitglied der Leitung des Royal Ontario Museum. Im Museum gründete er die Invertebratensammlung. 1943 heiratete er Norma Ford, eine ehemalige Studentin. Walker starb 1969 in Toronto.
