Elisabeth of Brandenburg (c. 1206 – 1231) a member of the House of Ascania. She was a Margravine of Brandenburg by birth and by marriage Landgravine of Thuringia. She was the daughter of Margrave Albert II of Brandenburg and his wife Matilda of Groitzsch, the daughter of Landgrave Conrad II of Lusatia from the House of Wettin. In 1228 she married Landgrave Henry Raspe of Thuringia, the later anti-king of Germany. The marriage remained childless.

Sie wurde als Tochter des Markgrafen Albrecht II. von Brandenburg und dessen Gemahlin Mathilde von Groitzsch, Tochter des Grafen Konrad von Groitzsch aus dem Geschlecht der Wettiner, geboren. Ihr Urgroßvater war Albrecht der Bär, Stammvater der askanischen Zweige in Brandenburg, Sachsen, Anhalt und Weimar-Orlamünde. Im Jahre 1228 wurde sie mit Heinrich Raspe, dem späteren deutschen Gegenkönig und ab 1227 Landgraf von Thüringen, vermählt. Die Ehe blieb kinderlos und Elisabeth verstarb bereits nach drei Jahren im Alter von ca. 24 Jahren. Heinrich heiratete daraufhin zwei weitere Male und zwar Gertrud von Babenberg und Beatrix von Brabant. Auch diese beiden Ehen blieben kinderlos und Heinrichs Nachfolger als Landgraf von Thüringen wurde der Sohn seiner Schwester Jutta, Heinrich III. (de)
