| - Enrico Celio (19 June 1889 – 23 February 1980) was a Swiss lawyer, politician and journalist, a member of the Conservative Party, State Councilor and Federal Councilor. He was elected to the Federal Council of Switzerland on 22 February 1940 and handed over office on 15 October 1950. He was affiliated to the Christian Democratic People's Party of Switzerland. During his office time he held the Department of Posts and Railways and was President of the Confederation twice in 1943 and 1948. (en)

- Enrico Celio (* 19. Juni 1889 in Ambrì (Gemeinde Quinto); † 23. Februar 1980 in Lugano) war ein Schweizer Politiker (CVP). Er studierte Literatur, Philosophie und Recht, beruflich war er als Journalist und Chefredaktor einer konservativen Zeitung sowie als Rechtsanwalt tätig. Ab 1913 sass er fast zwei Jahrzehnte lang im Grossen Rat des Kantons Tessin. Dreimal rückte er für kurze Zeit in den Nationalrat nach, und zwar in den Jahren 1924, 1927 und 1930. Nachdem er 1932 in den Tessiner Staatsrat gewählt worden war, führte er acht Jahre lang die Erziehungs- und Polizeidirektion. 1940 wählte ihn die Bundesversammlung in den Bundesrat, nachdem mehrere andere Kandidaten ihren Verzicht erklärt hatten.
