Erazm Ciołek (1474–1522) was a Polish diplomat and writer, Bishop of Płock from 1504 to his death. He was also the author of Ciołek's Missal, one of the oldest works of Polish literature, and patron of the artists.

Erazm Ciołek, znany też jako Vitellius (ur. 1474 w Krakowie, zm. 9 września 1522 w Rzymie) – biskup płocki i dyplomata, wcześniej sekretarz królewski Aleksandra Jagiellończyka, poseł, mecenas sztuki i literatury oraz mówca. Zgromadził wielki księgozbiór, a wykonany dla niego mszał jest zaliczany do arcydzieł polskiej sztuki przełomu średniowiecza i renesansu. (pl)
