Euryclides de Jesus Zerbini (10 May 1912 – 23 October 1993) was a Brazilian physician and cardiac surgeon. He is internationally known for performing the first heart transplantation in Latin America in 1968, and for creating the famous and respected clinical and research center Instituto do Coração da Universidade de São Paulo (Heart Institute of the University of São Paulo), in São Paulo, Brazil.

Foi o quinto cirurgião do mundo e o primeiro da América Latina e do Brasil a realizar um transplante de coração. Em 1985, Euryclides voltou a ser pioneiro, ao realizar o primeiro transplante de coração do Brasil em paciente com o mal de Chagas. Ao todo, em sua carreira, Euryclides Zerbini realizou mais de 40 mil cirurgias cardíacas, pessoalmente ou através de sua equipe. Zerbini foi o primeiro brasileiro a receber o Título de "Honored Guest of American Association of Thoracic Surgery (AATS). (pt)
